Yes we make sure we manufacture and dispatch the same item that you order through our website. However due to variations in lighting and pixels, they might look slightly different in color and size.
When you place an order through our website we will send you an email with a sales copy of your invoice. You can also view your sales copy on the ‘my orders’ page once you log in.
Although we make sure that we dispatch items without any faults and errors, if you have any complaints regarding the order you receive, feel free to contact us through our website.
We make sure we restock our inventory before it runs out of stock.
